Symptom

Complete Additional Onboarding Tasks error, tasks are coming blank or with wrong content.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as a candidate
  2. Click on To Do Dropdown
  3. Select "Complete Additional Onboarding Tasks"
  4. Custom Tasks are coming blank.

Cause

Checking the permission role for External Users, under Miscellaneous Permissions the object definitions of the custom data are missed/not granted.

Resolution

In Permission Role for External User, under Miscellaneous Permissions add the Created object definitions for all custom data.
