3296168 - How to use an additional delivery address for PO item which is different from Plant address

A delivery address for PO item which is different from Plant address is needed when creating a PO.

It has been found possible to use delivery address other than plant address of PO items, and several frequently used addresses is needed as templates in the system for PO items.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

If any data on the delivery address tab has been changed and later saved in the PO, a new address entry will be created and it will be stored in EKPO-ADRNR. To make the address information easy to find you can add value in 'search term 1'. Then the saved address can be searched by 'search term 1' or typed manually an existing address number into ADRN2 field. The manual activity will always overwrite the automatically determined address numbers.

In cloud system, these information can be found in CDS view I_Address_2. And please remember to use the group ME02 when search the address number or search terms.

Please note this is only supported in app 'Create Purchase Order - advanced'.
