3296230 - Error in hiring when add recurring deduction is used in Recruit template

Symptom

Error message popup after submit the new hire employee when add recurring deduction in Hire template as "Please enter an Effective Start Date that is later than the Recruit Date"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Hire/Rehire wizard

Reproducing the Issue

Create new Hire Template from Manage Data
Add Recurring Deduction in template & Save
Create a new employee from Add new employee wizard
Choose the new template created by above steps
Fill all relevant details
Save the hire
Getting error message as Please enter an Effective Start Date that is later than the Recruit Date

Cause

Recurring Deduction is not currently supported for the Hire Template

Resolution

Need to remove Recurring Deduction from Hire Template of Manage Data
