3296305 - Unable To Replicate XYZ as Reporting Line Unit 9999 Not Replicated

You are trying to Replicate XYZ as Reporting Line Unit ABC but you get an error message: " Remote organizational unit 9999 from not yet replicated & Cannot delimit time file validity; employee times exist; cancel times."

Here XYZ refers to an Employee ID and ABC represents the RLU ID.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Master Data Replication work center 
2. Go to Reporting Line Units view 
3. Search for theRLU ABC
4. You can observe multiple error as follows:

Remote organizational unit 9999 from not yet replicated

Cannot delimit time file validity; employee times exist; cancel times

Possible causes for the issue:

• You cannot have any Recorded times associated with Employee XYZ, that have an active status and are after the proposed Termination Date, which is according to the Replication Requests that are failing for the DD.MM.YYYY. 
• Employee XYZ has been changed from an Internal Employee to  Service Agent, where the end dates being changed to DD.MM.YYYY.
• If there was a Manual creation of the file, you would have forgotten to change the valid to date to DD.MM.YYYY.

This is a Standard System Behaviour.
