Symptom
Are we supposed to invite API users to our workspaces and assign them API licenses or does Support carry out this function?
Environment
SAP Signavio Process Manager 3.0
Resolution
You must first invite the API user to your workspace. They must then accept the invitation they receive in their email and then we at Support assign them the API license.
