Learning Activities Tab does not show in the Development Section in PM Form even though the same has been configured in the Form Template XML.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Launch a PM Form with a Development Goals Section and notice that the Tab permissions are enabled in the PM Form Template.

2. But users are not able to view the “Learning Activities” Tab in the PM Form in Development Goal section.

3. Notice that users can view the Linked Learning in Development Goal Plan.

Cause

If “Enable granting SuccessFactors Learning roles to permission groups” is enabled in Provisioning > Company Settings then the user would also need below Permission Access to Learning Activity Template in “Goal Plan Permission”.

Resolution

Update the above permissions and the same will reflect in all live forms.

NOTE:

When assigning the “Learning Activity List/Detail View” Learning Template Permission for managers, please make sure that the Managers have this access for their Direct Report and also have Self Access.

If Managers do not have Self Access and only have this permission access for Direct Reports, even then they will not be able to view the ” Learning Activities” Tab in PM Form.
