3296473 - Manage Templates returns validation errors while creating a New Candidate Profile Template - Recruiting Management

While trying to add new fields to create a new Candidate Profile Template using Manage Templates, system returns errors to be corrected but show no red fields as was indicated:

Changes failed. Save failed. Validation errors have been highlighted in red

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management.

A new Template can't be created for Candidate Profile from Manage Template by only defining fields; it is necessary also do grant Permissions, Background Elements and all involved configuration. System won't allow to create the New Template with only fields added as it needs its complete configuration to proceed and be created.  

If the New Template will be added via Manage Templates, it needs to have all necessary configurations: Fields definition, Fields Permissions, Fields sm-mapping (if used), Background Elements and all further involved settings as follows the Guide:
