3296519 - Linked variables do not work after changes on the back end in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• After modifying the variables / parameters of a calculation view on Hana, live data stories that are based on that calculation view do not work if other models are also used in the story. 
• Recreating the stories / newly created stories do work.

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2022.21

1. Create a Hana calc view
2. Create a live data model based on the view
3. Create a story based on the live data model and link it to another model using the variables.
4. Modify the variable structure for the Hana view
5. Changing the parameter values in the story does not work - the changes are not reflected in the widgets in the story.

• Issue occurs due to the source of the Model was modified.

• Some changes performed in the source of the Models requires to recreation of the Table widgets in the Story.
