Symptom

  • How can I configure the size of the Keberos TGT tickets/token that are sent from Keberos to my SAP BOBJ application
  • I have the need to reduce the size of Keberos tickets passed in order to meet security contraints of my organization/client
  • When authenticating, the user may see a message such as HTTP 400 - Bad Request (Request Header too long) when logging into BI Launchpad or CMC (Central Management Console)
  • The user also has problems accessing resources, and the user's Group Policy settings may not update correctly.
  • A user who belongs to a large number of security groups has problems authenticating
