3296560 - FCP on ICMS not being calculated for resale/industrialization intrastate operations

Symptom

You are performing a business sales scenario where there is the need to calculate the ICMS FCP for a intrastate sales as Industrialization / Resales. 

The system is working correctly for Consumption tax codes but for Industrialization tax codes its not working.

You have checked the flag "FCP for Resale" (SPECF_RESALE) in the ICMS dynamic exception that is being used in this scenario.
