The user would like to create an investment project with no investment profile through app "Migrate Your Data" or app "Project Control - Enterprise Projects".
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Cause
Standard behavior.
It is currently not possible to create Investment Projects with an empty Investment Profile upon creation.
This is not possible through either migration or app "Project Control - Enterprise Projects".
Resolution
The user may remove the Investment Profile of the project once it has been created.
In case they are migrating enterprise projects and there are several projects to update, it is possible to use the app "Mass Changes to Projects" to remove the Investment Profile.
