Symptom

Got the below error when create live data connection to HANA using HANA Cloud type: "We couldn't connect to your HANA system. For more information, see our troubleshooting page."
The error "Failed to retrieve remote response with external exception: com.zaxxer.hikari.pool.HikariPool$PoolInitializationException: Failed to initialize pool: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc: sap: //<HANA Cloud HOST>:443 [Cannot connect to host <HANA Cloud HOST>:443 [Connection timed out (Connection timed out): <HANA Cloud HOST>:443], -813.]. " can be seen in the Chrome HAR trace in the response when access URL "https://<SAC HOST>/lcs/hanacloud/<connection name>/sap/bc/ina/service/v2/GetServerInfo "
