Symptom

An error "The interval XX for the year XXXX does not exist for the object GTICHINA" occurs when sending to GT in app "Create Outbound Files - China".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open app "Create Outbound Files - China"
  2. Fill in the mandatory fields 
  3. Click "Send to GT" and then the error "The interval XX for the year XXXX does not exist for the object GTICHINA" occurs

Cause

The number range for Golden Tax Interface is not maintained.

Resolution

Please maintain the number range for Golden Tax Interface of China for the year XXXX in SSCUI "102625-Define Number Range for Golden Tax Interface " under "Manage Your Solution".
