Symptom

When migrating employee master data from SAP ERP HCM or S/4HANA to SuccessFactors Employee Central, the following error shows up:

                            "Import personal information or home addresses with the same start date

                            as in the Person Relationship record for dependents. If this person is

                            neitheran employee nor a dependent, please contact Product Support for

                            assistance."
