3296963 - Master Data Is Not Replicated from C4C with Additional Role Set as Employee

You are replicating master data from C4C to ERP, S/4HANA, Marketing, and so on, where there is additional role employee defined and, the data is not sent out.

In this scenario, we are considering an Individual Customer defined as Employee as well which will be replicated to SAP Marketing.

1. Go to the Customer work center.

2. Go to the Individual Customer work view.

3. Search and open the Ind. Customer 123 (123 means the Ind. Customer ID where the role employee is also set).

4. Edit the Master Data and save it.

Result: The master data's replication is not triggered.

The C4C system does not distribute employees (even if it is a contact or ind. customer as well). Employees have to be maintained in the system of record for employees - it would be ERP, S/4HANA or EC.

If the employees are in Marketing, you need replicating them from success factors, ERP or S/4HANA. or whichever system has the employees.

So the Ind. Customer can only be transferred to Marketing if this employee is available in Marketing. If not, then you have to remove the employee role from this Ind. Customer to replicate it out from C4C.
