3297040 - Attributs on the process level are not shown

When you open a diagram in the Editor, no attributes are seen. You need to click through the attributes, and you can see, that most of them are filled in.

Most probably, there is an issue with date format. If you are using an API, you were able to put a date with another format than defined for the attribute, and the system cannot display it.

To fix it, use the standard date format, eg. "02.11.22". It may be necessary to adjust the attribute itself in the Explorer ⇾ Setup ⇾ Notation attributes. Find there your attribute, edit, and remove the customized formatting eg. "d/m/Y".

If only few models are affected, support may help you do it on manual base. In this case, create a ticket in our SAP ONE Launchpad.
