3297145 - Personal data cannot be seen by candidate after the Personal Data collection step - Onboarding

A candidate no longer can access the Personal Data after the completion of Personal Data Collection Onboarding Step.

Expected Behavior, after personal data is sent the candidate will receive an pop-up stating:

Are you sure you want to submit your data? Once submitted, changes must be requested by contacting HR. 

Then if any changes is needed the HR must conduct on their side of the process.
