3297182 - Error C7023 occurs during project copy in app "Project Control"

During project copy in app "Project Control", error C7023 occurs as "Error when converting into other quantity units" and new project cannot be created. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to app "Project Control"
2. Select a project which you'd like to copy from
3. Click Copy button and fill in the new project name, project ID, planned start date or planned finish date in the pop up window, click Copy
4. Click Create in the new project page, error occurs

The error message during copy is raised because you are changing only the project header for the planned start/finish date while all the WBS Element planned start/finish date is not changed.

After changing the planned start/finish date at project level, click on 'Edit In' -> 'Project Planning' -> Select 'Keep Draft' option -> Update the planned start date or planned finish date of all WBS Elements and then click on create.
