Symptom

Sporadically, the FSM cloud does not process an object / message uploaded via ERP integration.

Symptoms can be of a wide range, including:

  • Changes of data in the ERP system are not reflected in the cloud
  • Assignments are not released
  • Business rules are not executed
  • Audit logs of intended and known changes in the ERP are not visible
