Symptom
Sporadically, the FSM cloud does not process an object / message uploaded via ERP integration.
Symptoms can be of a wide range, including:
- Changes of data in the ERP system are not reflected in the cloud
- Assignments are not released
- Business rules are not executed
- Audit logs of intended and known changes in the ERP are not visible
