Why does the workflow approval request email I get sent not include the processes title but its model id?

SAP Signavio Process Governance 3.0

1. Open Process Manager
2. Select a diagram
3. Select the Share button from the menu
4. From the dropdown select 'Start approval workflow'.
5. See that the process manager receives an email where the process name is numbers and not the actual name.

The customer has created a custom email template in Process Governance and has included the Model Id as a variable instead of the Model Title.

The customer has to change the variable they are calling in the title and the body to draw on the process title instead of the model id.
