Symptom

Short dump occurs when saving production order. 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Change Production Order app
  2. Click: Menu > Order > Output > Manage Output Items
  3. Check the existing output items or add new ones.
  4. Click on Back button. 
  5. Below error occurs 
      "Domain in sender email address xxxxxxxxxx is not allowed".
  6. Ignore the error, save the the order, dump occurs. 

Cause

The error is due to invalid sending email address in output management.
Please check whether there are old output items with status Error in output management overview of the order. 
It can happen that old output items were generated before, at that point, the sender email was not maintained yet. 

Resolution

Set the output items with 'Error' to 'Completed'  then try the same again.
