3297700 - Filter billing elements by down payment due date in Manage Project Billing.

When trying to filter billing elements by down payment due date, no entries are displayed in 'Manage Project Billing' app.

1. Create a customer project and a work package associated with it. 
2.  A billing item of contract type fixed price assigned to the work package with due dates for down payment and fixed price is created.
3. In 'Manage Project Billing' app filter the billing element by the down payment due date (01.01.2023).
4. No data is displayed. 

It is a standard functionality, in 'Manage Project Billing' app the due date filter works only for fixed price, time and expense due dates.

The 'Manage Project Billing' app cannot be filtered based on the down payment due dates since the billing element is linked with fixed price or time and expenses due dates.

So it should be filtered by the fixed price or time and expenses due dates.

The down payment and on account due dates will be present in the popover of the 'Billing Due Date' field.
