3297829 - In case of local distribution Material is missing from Value Help or Material Description is not populated in Manage Central Purchase Contracts/Mass Changes for Central Contracts app

Symptom

In Manage Central Purchase Contracts app:

  • When searching for local materials in Value Help, the expected material is not available.
  • When adding the local material manually, the Material Description is not filled.

In Mass Changes for Central Purchase Contracts app: 

  • Enter material into the Material filter field, notice no material is found and Invalid Entry is displayed.
