3297833 - Polling fails in SFTP Adapter due to Connection Reset Error

Symptom

  • An iFlow with an SFTP sender adapter shows the following deployment errors in the Integration Content Monitor - 

    [CAMEL][IFLOW][POLL_FAILED] : Polling from sftp://<SFTP_Server> failed.
    [CAMEL][IFLOW][EXCEPTION] : org.apache.camel.component.file.GenericFileOperationFailedException: Cannot connect to sap-sftp://<SFTP_Server>
    [CAMEL][IFLOW][CAUSE] : Cause: com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Session.connect: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

  • You may have multiple iFlows configured to poll on the same schedule, polling the same SFTP Server
