3297885 - SAP GUI Scripting giving incorrect position for dialog windows from OnScreen (Third-Party tool)

Symptom

  • SAP GUI Scripting is being used and getting incorrect position information for Top, Left, ScreenTop, and ScreenLeft intermittently for OnScreen's dialog windows (third-party company).
  • The most common scenario is when there are multiple monitors with different zoom levels (DPI settings);
  • The incorrect position happens in both SAP GUI and NWBC;
  • This is reproducible when both activate/deactivate Multi-monitor scaling awareness in SAP GUI;
