3297930 - The onboarding information is not available after user is purged - Onboarding 1.0

Is it possible to get information using API for a Onboarding user that has been purged?

System behavior for latest release (2H 2022).

It is expected that the Onboarding data, once purged, will remain in the system but will be essentially 'empty' and devoid of any particular identifying data.

In the 2H 2022 Release, the Onboarding purge was expanded to include all major data entries in the HRData during the standard purge. This is now expected behavior, as previously this information could be used to find and identify the given user's information and action history.
