You can use the following OData API link:
https://XXXX.dev.sapbydesign.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/ServiceRequestCollection('XXXXXXX')/ServiceRequestAttachmentFolder
Where 'XXXXXXX' is the Ticket UUID.
