3298031 - BAPI /AFS/VBAK_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE copies all invoice items when creating an order with reference to another document

Symptom

When attempting to create an order with reference to another document using BAPI /AFS/VBAK_SALESDOCUMENT_CREATE, specifying only one item as a reference still results in the order being created with reference to all items from the original document.
