3298048 - Conditional formatting on reference line not working correctly in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

In SAC, when a reference line is added to a verticle bar chart and conditionally formatted to have an 'Above' and 'Below' colour, the above colour will be ignored if the reference line's value is the same as the chart's average.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.21.17

• Add a verticle bar chart to a story page.
• Add a reference line to the chart.
• Set its value to be the chart's average.
• Set the reference line to have an 'Above' and 'Below' colour.
• Notice the chart is fully coloured with only the 'Below' colour.

Testing in SAC version 2023.3.0 shows this is fixed and working correctly.
