- How to use the Rules in the Manage Home Page Cards
- The customer set rules to control the visibility of the custom cards, and the cards are not respecting the rules

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Home Page
- Select the Organizational Updates
- Select to Create/Edit a card
- In the Navigation part of the card activate the Rule-Based and set a rule for it:
- Set a rule to it and save
Resolution
The rules in the custom cards are applicable only for the navigation of the content selected to the card. The user can select which content will be assigned to the rule in the card, and this rule will define the card behavior.
If the user wants to set a criteria to the card visibility, then the Active Period should be used.
