3298147 - Error "host must be specified and not empty" happened when connecting to On-Premise SFTP server

Symptom

  • You have already referred to KBA 2475874 - Unable to deploy Iflow that contains SFTP adapter, but it's not applicable to your case.
  • You're trying to connect to On-Premise SFTP server by using an SFTP adapter.
  • Afterwards, you ran into an error below after deploying the iflow.
    • org.apache.camel.FailedToCreateConsumerException: 
      Failed to create Consumer for endpoint: sap-abcd://sftp_abc:22/files/Inbound/S4HABC/?authMethod=user&autoCreate=false&connectTimeout=10000&connectivityServiceProvider=............&proxyType=onPremise&readLock=none&........... Reason: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: host must be specified and not empty
