Symptom

All scheduled change audit reports failed. Sample reports (but not limited to):

  • RBP_ROLE_CHANGE_REPORT
  • PROXY_REPORT
  • RBP_GROUP_CHANGE_REPORT
  • RBP_USER_ROLE_CHANGE_REPORT
  • RBP_STATIC_GROUP_MEMBERSHIP_CHANGE_REPORT

    Environment

    SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

    Reproducing the Issue

    1. Access the system
    2. Go to Change Audit Report
    3. See the scheduled reports failed

    Cause

    The issue is caused by the failover patches and is normally conducted every Sundays from 4 AM UTC to 5 AM UTC.

    Resolution

    Schedule these jobs away from the patch period and give at least 2-4 hours before and after the patch period if you were to run the audit report jobs.
