3298581 - Can all files under "Others" category in Manage Documents be exported?

Customer wanted to know what are the files included in the "Others" category in Manage Documents.

Currently, exporting documents under "Others" document category out of Manage Documents is not supported. This page is used to query for categories that are available. 

Others category contains two parts:

1- All Document categories that exist in the tenant that are outside your top 9 space consuming categories. 

2- Documents that do not have any category assigned to them 

This is a program limitation for SuccessFactors.

One workaround to get to the document categories that fall under others is for us to provide a list of the attachment ID's and for customer to use OData to query these attachments if the number of attachment id's are not too many. This way, customers can get all the documents under the "Others" category.
