3298599 - Spinning wheel opening folders in Version Management (Slow Performance)

Symptom

  • Folders do not open in Central Management Console (CMC) -> Version Management
  • A spinning wheel appears, and the folder never opens 
  • If a load balancer having timeouts is in place, the following might be seen in a HTTP browser trace (HAR)
    (Aborted: 300.0s) POST
    https://<HOSTNAME>/BOE/CMC/2207051934/LCM/ajaxUre/ajaxRequest HTTP/1.1
  • General performance of version management may be slow
