3298684 - Performance Forms Show Competencies But Are Missing Behaviors

Performance forms are only showing competencies when they should also have behaviors listed.

• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Description Manager
• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
• SAP Successfactors Center of Capabilities

1. Launch performance forms
2. Competencies are listed, but behaviors are missing

• Check Tool has unresolved errors
• The JDM to JPB migration job was not completed so the environment was not flagged as JPB
• Show Behaviors is not enabled
• Behaviors have only been mapped to the competencies but not the role/job code
• The View permission has not been granted for competencies
• (Talent Intelligence Hub) Attribute permissions have not been granted for Growth Portfolio

I. Check Tool has unresolved errors

Follow the steps in SAP SuccessFactors Expert Content - Checks for JDM, JPB & TIH in Check Tool to address all errors

II. The JDM to JPB migration has not been completed

1. Resolve all Check Tool errors
2. Confirm all competencies are within the Center of Capabilities and/or Job Profile Content 
3. Remove all competency data from Provisioning
4. Run the migration job from Provisioning using Implementing and Using Diversity and Inclusion Features in SAP SuccessFactors - Enabling Job Profile Builder in Provisioning

III. Show Behaviors is not enabled

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Templates
2. Select the Performance Review tab > select form template
3. Open the competency section
4. Select Show advanced options... > Check box for Show Behaviors
5. Relaunch the form

IV. Behaviors have only been mapped to the competencies but not the role/job code

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content
2. In the dropdown, select Set Up Families and Roles
3. Select the Roles tab > select role
4. Select Mapped Competencies tab
5. Click on the competency name to confirm the behavior is mapped to the competency
6. Select Map Competencies
7. Select library > Select category > Select competency > select check boxes for each of the behaviors > Select Map button > Select I'm done
8. Save Role
9. Relaunch the form

V. The View permission has not been granted for competencies

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Set User Permissions > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the associated role
3. Click on Permission..
4. Under User Permissions, search for Miscellaneous Permissions
5. Check the View box under Competency > Done > Save Changes
6. Relaunch the form

VI. (Talent Intelligence Hub) Attribute permissions have not been granted for Growth Portfolio

Review Using Talent Intelligence Hub - Permissions Required for Using Talent Intelligence Hub and enable all applicable attribute permissions.
