3298815 - Changing width size in % has no effect for SAP Analytics Cloud Analytic Application

• In an SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Analytics Application (created in the SAC Analytics Designer) template, when you change the width size of a chart panel from "px" (pixel) to "%" (percent), no change occurs in the size.

• When creating a new sample application/story, in similar fashion, the changing of the width size in % is working fine.
• The issue only occurs with this specific template application.
