3298943 - Keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + /" is not working

You're trying to use the Keyboard Shortcut "Ctrl + /" in a Web-Based editor to uncomment or comment out a code block but it's not working.

Several keyboards do not have dedicated / key, you're probably using the divide key in the numpad. It only works with the slash key on the English keyboard layout (left of the right shift key). 

OR

You have a different keyboard layout and the Ctrl + / doesn't work on this layout.

Use the slash key on the English keyboard layout (left of the right shift key). 

OR

Use Ctrl + # instead.
