Symptom
- Rehire On Old Employment is enabled, candidates are successfully selected as ROOE, but once comes step to Review Rehire Data by responsible user, they see more fields than expected, compared to when completing Review New Hire Data.
- Same issue happens during Personal Data Collection step for Rehire on Old Employment.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log in as responsible user
- Click on user's to do notification
- Access Review Rehire Data
- User can see more fields to fill in than expected, compared to NRDR.
Cause
- Expected Behavior
Resolution
- Rehire on Old Employment (ROOE) is extending existing employment, unlike RONE (Rehire on New Employment).
- Therefore, it will update the EC personalInfo and Employment records.
- Consequently it touches an employee’s records, RHDR (rehire data review) follows Employee Data Model, unlike NHDR (new hire data review) which follows Onboardee Data Model.
- Personal Data Collection step for Rehire on Old Employment also follows the Employee Data Model.
