1. Open Termination Workflow pending approval
2. Approve the termination workflow
3. Error received
4. "???Sorry, an error occurred while adapting the reporting line according to the position hierarchy . Your changes cannot be saved. The operation could not be performed because there were errors with other records reported. Work Schedule is required ???" 

1. One or more the users listed in the workflow are an onboarding user and not yet hired
2. However are affected by the workflow because of position hierarchy and position of candidate in onboarding is one such position

1. Engineering are aware of this product gap
2. Position team will revisit the priority and plan improvements in the future. Jira ECT-185070 is opened for this but it requires development 
3. Onboardee needs to be manually removed from the workflow to be able to proceed.
4. Please go to Manage Workflow Requests to change approver.
