3299080 - Perfect Store Survey Product Images Not Available in Offline Mode

Symptom

You are working with surveys from Perfect Store feature in offline mode. You miss the product images in this mode.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click in the Profile menu.
  2. Select the Sync Now option.
  3. Click in the Profile menu.
  4. Select the Go Offline option.
  5. Go to the Visits work center.
  6. Open the Visits view.
  7. Open visit ABC (where ABC is a visit of perfect store type).
  8. Click in the Start Perfect Store Execution button.
  9. Select a survey from engagement maps.
  10. You do not see any product images.

Cause

Product images in surveys of perfect store are not available in offline mode. This could cause memory and storage issues in your mobile device.

Resolution

This is the current system standard behavior. If the feature/functionality is required urgently, please refer to KBA 3475641 - Functionality Currently not Available.
