3299083 - Error When Trying to Replicate Employee Between ByD and Concur

You are trying to replicate Employee from Concur to ByD, however you receive the following error:

Employee XYZ not replicated
Employee with Emp ID 'XYZ' and Login ID 'ABC' could not be updated because the Login ID was specified as 'ABC'. If you want to change the

SAP Business ByDesign 2211 and higher.

1. Go to the Master Data Replication work center.
2. Employee Outbound Runs view.
3. Select the SAP_COMMON.
4. Click in the Link of the Application Log ID.
5. Go to the Results tab.
6. Expand All.
7. Sort Descending for the column Status.

Problems like this might occur because the employee's workplace email address is the key for the employee (= user) on Concur side.
So, if an employee has a certain workplace email address there must not be another employee with the same workplace email address - even if it is inactive.

To solve this error the user's email address (= LoginID) of the inactive user has to be changed on Concur side to enable the creation of the new employee with this email address (= loginID).

Note: Please keep in mind that in general employee data must not been changed on Concur side, because this might cause inconsistencies!
