3299167 - Syslog message in SM21 - "No active connection found in connection table" with ID R11

• When executing a transaction in the SAP system, the transaction does not finish and present a "freeze" behavior;
• SAPGui status bar message shows "No active connection found in connection table" (but not limited to);
• When checking transaction SM21 and filtering by the affected user, syslog messages like the following are shown:

"No active connection found in connection table" with message ID R11.

• When checking the trace file of the work process that logged the syslog message, the following trace is shown:
