• While calculating sample at lot creation - for example transactions QA01, QA02, QA32 - a DUMP occurs:
  

  Category	ABAP programming error
  Runtime Errors	RAISE_EXCEPTION
  ABAP Program	SAPLQEEV
  Application Component	QM-IM-RR

  Exception is ACTIVITY_NOT_ALLOWED.

• Same DUMP can occur during goods receipt / movement via transaction MIGO as well.
   
• It is also possible that following error is returned during sample calculation:
  

  'Operation QM15 not available for this lot - QV224'

  "...
  Diagnosis

  The desired operation does not fit the inspection lot (object type).

  System Response

  The operation is not permitted and can therefore not be carried out."
