3299188 - Error message "System status REL is active" (message no.BS013) shows up when releasing a production order directly before it is actually created

When creating an production order in app Create Production Orders, you release it directly by clicking the "Release Order" button before it is actually created (having the status "CRTD").
However, the error message BS013 "System status REL is active" shows up.

1. Open app Create Production Orders.
2. Fill in the material, plant and order type and click "Enter".
3. Fill in necessary parameters such as quantity and dates. 
4. After filling in the last parameter, don't click "Enter" to create the order. Release the order directly by clicking "Release Order" button.
5. The error message shows up.

The error message shows up because the "auto-release on order creation" indicator is set in the production scheduling profile of the material. You can check this in SSCUI 102508 - Define Production Scheduling Profile for Discrete Manufacturing.
This means the order will be released automatically when it is created. When you release the order manually before it is actually created, the order will be first created, then released. In this way, it will be released twice and at the second time, it already has the status "REL". As a result, you will see an error message like this. 

1. With the "auto-release on order creation" indicator set, you just need to create the production order and don't need to release it manually any more. In case you do this and encounter the error, just click "Cont." and ignore it.
2. If you don't want the order to be release automatically, please unset the indicator.
