3299188 - Error message "System status REL is active" (message no.BS013) shows up when releasing a production order directly before it is actually created

When creating an production order in app Create Production Orders, you release it directly by clicking the "Release Order" button before it is actually created (having the status "CRTD").
However, the error message BS013 "System status REL is active" shows up.
