SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
File upload is impossible in app Upload General Journal Entries and message "No file share found" displays.

SAP S/4NANA Cloud
Reproducing the Issue
- Open app Upload General Journal Entries, Destination: Cloud, and click Upload.
- Message "No file share found" displays. File upload is impossible.
Cause
You have activated the function to download a template from SAP S/4HANA and edit the file in Google Workspace, so you are able to see the destination: Cloud.

Resolution
You can choose the Destination as Local to use the file share function from local.
