Symptom

When you are trying to send the E-Mail of the sales order, HTML code is getting displayed.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

For Example: Sales Order

  1. Go to Sales Order work center.
  2. Search for the required Sales Order.
  3. Open the Sales Order.
  4. Choose action: Send E-Mail.
  5. Select tab: E-Mail Text.
  6. Here you see, the HTML code is displayed beside the text.

Cause

You are using table functionality which is not supported by the system.

Resolution

Email template does not support the table or looping functionality while sending mail.
