3299317 - Off Cycle Event Batch Rule Does not Support CREATE Operations

Symptom

The create operation is not behaving as expected.

For example an Off Cycle Event Batch rule configure to create a One Time Payment create for some user and not for others.

Environment

Product version: SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core 2211

Off Cycle Event Batch Rule 

Reproducing the Issue

  • Configure an Off Cycle Event Batch Rule to CREATE something like One Time Payment if the conditions are met.

Cause

But Off-Cycle doesn't support CREATE operations

Resolution

  • Ensure that you don't add 'CREATE' conditions of your rule, as Offcycle Event Batch doesn't support rules with 'CREATE' conditions.
  • Attempt to use the SET instead.
