3299352 - How to Reopen a Mentoring Program

An admin or owner has marked a Mentoring Program as completed and there is no option to reopen the Mentoring Program.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

1. Go to Manage Mentoring Program
2. Select a Mentoring Program
3. Mark as Completed

Possible Additional Step: Delete the mentoring

If you complete or delete a mentoring program, you can't reopen it.

If the program has been marked as complete, there is now the option to reopen:

Complete, Finish, Delete, Mark, Set, Mentoring, Supervised, Open, Unsupervised, Cannot, Cant, Open, Reinstate, SCM, CDP, reopen , KBA , LOD-SF-MEN-ADM , Admin Center and Setttings , How To
