Symptom

New hire tasks are not generated for the Manager.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate candidate from RCM / Manually
  2. Validate Review New Hire Data
  3. PDC and CDC have been generated
  4. No Task has been created.

Cause

Business rule was not maintained

Resolution

  1. You should create business rule under this Scenario: Select Onboarding Task Configuration and also maintained the valid condition as this should match Process Variant Manager Accordingly.
