3299412 - {Onboarding] Email Service Behavior for Crossboarding ( current and future manager )

Symptom

How to send the transfer related information the current manager as well as to the future manager.

If we select "Hiring Manager" or "Manager" role in the CC, it is only triggering to the new manager and not to the previous manager.

Reproducing the Issue

Post initiated crossboarding Candidates, 

In Email Service, If we select "Hiring Manager" or "Manager" role in the CC, it is only triggering to the new manager and not to the previous manager.

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the Product design, For crossboarding - The Email will always trigger to the Future Manager assigned.

We don't have feasibility to notify both the current and Future Managers.

 

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
